Volunteers have always been an integral part of the Magic Bus journey. In fact, we have over 8000 youth volunteers who are trained to deliver our programmes on the ground across 10 states and 20 districts in India! At Magic Bus we welcome dedicated volunteers with various backgrounds, talents, and skill levels to help complete projects across different departments and locations. We have state offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore; fundraising offices in London, Munich and New York City; and an outdoor Centre for Learning & Development in Karjat. We regularly assess the needs of our organization to identify meaningful opportunities for volunteers to get involved and play a productive role in our organization. Much like mentoring, volunteering is a journey… to maximize impact to Magic Bus and personal growth for the volunteer, a sustained engagement over a significant period of time is key.
