Magic Bus’ senior management is a good balance of highly successful employees from industry and the social sector. Working within a structured environment, we have invested in a gene pool that is able to take the organisation to sustainable growth with good succession planning and a focus on institution building.
There are four separate boards which govern the organization, one in each country where we operate. In addition, qualified and experienced staff on board with us at middle, junior and field levels makes us an inclusive organization.
