What We Do
Magic Bus is the first organization in India to deliver high-impact development programmes through a sports-based curriculum. Founded a decade and a quarter ago, we are one of the fastest-growing indigenous NGOs, aiming to reach out to 1 million children and youth every week through our programmes by 2014.
We are official Knowledge and Implementation Partners to Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India’s schemes like
Panchayat Yuva Khel aur Krida Abhiyan (PYKKA) and
Playfields Association of India. Magic Bus Programmes are being increasingly integrated into State Governments curricula. Operating at a highly-efficient, yet extremely cost effective model, we will substantially impact 200,000 children at just INR 800 (USD 18) per child per year.

We work closely with a number of Partners – in Government, Corporate and Non-Government domains – to create a healthy, sustainable Sport for Development (S4D) environment in the country.
