For many young people, finishing college feels like the beginning of a new chapter. You imagine stepping into the world, finding the right job, and building your future. But for countless youth in India, that next step is filled with uncertainty.
The truth is, getting a job isn’t as easy as it seems. According to the India Skills Report 2025, only about 55 out of every 100 graduates are considered employable. That means nearly half of our educated youth are still not ready for the world of work.
Why? Because the rules of the game have changed. Employers today are not just looking for degrees. They’re looking for skills that match the digital world we now live in. From basic computer knowledge to advanced tools like data analytics and artificial intelligence, these new-age skills are what set candidates apart.
At Magic Bus India Foundation, we see this struggle every day. But we also see potential. In every young person who walks through our doors, there’s a spark, a hope for a better future.
We work closely with youth from underserved communities, offering them the training, guidance, and confidence they need to succeed. With the right support, these young people don’t just find jobs. They rewrite their stories. And that’s what drives us. Because when one young person breaks the cycle of poverty, it lights the way for many more to follow.
For youth, digital skills open doors to education, employment, and entrepreneurship, matching potential with opportunity. If not for these skills, youth could find themselves left behind in the rapidly changing workplace.
Digital skills are the abilities needed to make effective use of technology. From basic tasks like operating a cell phone to advanced abilities like coding, these skills facilitate information management by using digital devices, networks, and applications.
With evolving economic needs, the demand for employable youth has been rising. However, just 26.8% of Indians aged 15 to 24 have basic digital capabilities, as revealed by a National Statistical Office survey. Hence, the digital divide is hampering youth aspirations.
Partner with Magic Bus India Foundation to bridge the digital divide and create meaningful employment opportunities for youth.

Magic Bus addresses the digital divide through the AI-Connect with Work programme, digital skilling initiatives, life skills, and employability skills for students. These interventions are making youth future-proof with AI and digital skills.
We equip young minds to lead, adapt and thrive in the digital age with skills that matter. Our programmes teach youth 5 out of the 10 skills listed above, namely AI basics, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital literacy, and programming. With the help of our programmes, nearly 74% of youth have secured jobs across sectors.

AI and digital skills have the power to make youth turn aspirations into actions. With the right support, youth can shape their career trajectory.
Magic Bus offers sector-specific training, interview preparations, and post-placement support to ensure sustainable employment of youth. By teaching new age skills to youth, we are helping convert India’s demographic dividend into economic growth for Viksit Bharat.
Support Magic Bus in empowering underserved youth with in-demand skills. Together, let’s build a future-ready India.
