Young people are the future of our world. India has the world's largest number of young people, in fact, they account for nearly half of our population. Sadly, we also have the highest number of adolescents living below the poverty line. This causes ripple effects.

India is Poised to Have
the Largest Workforce by 2027
With 50% of India’s population under the age of 25[4], India is poised to have the largest workforce by 2027. To make the most of this enormous demographic potential, we need to fight poverty and unemployment. Completion of education is the first step towards this. However, young people from underserved communities face several challenges when it comes to completing their education. From financial instability to a lack of family support, community restrictions, and poor education infrastructure; overcoming these obstacles requires strategic interventions.
Our vision is to create a world where young people break out of poverty to lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to their communities. To achieve this, we work to equip vulnerable young people with the life skills that enable them to thrive in the transition to adulthood.
