With 52% of India’s population under the age of 30[1], India is set to have the largest workforce by 2027. Unfortunately, the rate of unemployment remains high, particularly among youth from underserved communities. The biggest obstacle is not the unavailability of jobs but the lack of basic employability skills even among educated youth. We must equip youth with skills that will enhance their employability and enable them to adapt to the ever-evolving job market.
