Sid is co-founder at VTA, a boutique advisory firm that serves as a senior advisor to private equity funds based in the US. Sid is also very active in the online community in India, both as an investor and an advisor. He currently has investments in 8 companies, advises 12 and is on the Board of 3 companies.

Sid also serves on the Board of Advisors of several India based funds, including The Global Superangels Fund, 91 Springboard and GrowX Ventures

In 2001, Sid founded Evolv, an India-based education company. Evolv got funded by Singapore Technologies (SGX: STE) in 2002. In 2007, he sold Evolv to NIIT Ltd (NSE: NIITLTD), Asia’s largest training company. At the time, Evolv had 250 employees who trained 45,000 people a year. Over the next 4 years, Sid continued to head Evolv as a subsidiary while also heading NIIT’s joint venture with Genpact (NYSE:G), Uniqua.

Tarun is a Founding Partner of TKG Investments. Prior to this venture, Tarun held the position of Global Head of Fixed Income at Japanese bank Nomura International plc with previous roles at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley.

Tarun has been involved with Magic Bus UK since its inception in 2003.

Yeshwant is a veteran banker, now retired and settled in Dubai. He and his family have been associated with Magic Bus since inception.

Tanushri Biyani is presently involved with Future Group. She is currently working on creating a high fashion women’s footwear brand to add to the group’s fashion portfolio. She has previously worked with Pratham in Mumbai and was involved with creating the English syllabus for kids of the ages 6 to 10 years and also train the BMC and Pratham teachers for the same. Tanushri has an MSc in Finance from Imperial School of Business, London. She also has a BA in Biological Sciences and a BSc in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University, USA. Tanushri is an avid reader and likes to travel, ski and play squash.

Richa is Co-Founder and Executive Director, at Altamount Capital Management and looks after the Investment Management Function. She has over 16 years experience in the Financial Services Industry across Private Banking, Asset Allocation and developing Benchmark Products. Prior to this, she played an important role as Product Manager for the London-based MSCI (Morgan Stanley) where she led the development of asset allocation products like the ‘Global Capital Markets Index” “Global Islamic Indices” among others.

Richa has won the prestigious Securities Institute Award in the UK for the Investment Advice Certification, and has an MBA in Marketing and International Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Richa is also actively involved in working with Altamount Capital Management Foundation which supports various philanthropic foundations in India. She was named as one of ‘India’s most influential women in finance’ by Rediff.com in 2012, and has also been named in the Citywealth leaders list 2012 complied by the prestigious Citywealth UK.

Arun is the CEO and Chairman of Direction Software Solutions with responsibility for the management and strategic direction of the company. Prior to co-founding Direction in 1998, Arun was instrumental in the early inception of the fastest growing mail order company in India.

Arun has been supporting Magic Bus since 2006 through attendance at the gala dinners in both London and Mumbai and become an Ambassador in 2013.

Bim is the CEO and owner of The Santon Group, one of the largest private developers in the UK. Bim is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors, the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Chartered Management Institute.

As well as representing Magic Bus as an Ambassador, Bim provides significant support to Magic Bus through The Sandhu Charitable Foundation.

Natasha has an EMBA in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics, and a Bachelor of Economics from Mcgill University. With 10 years of experience encompassing corporate finance, financial services, business consultancy, real estate development, entrepreneur and business owner; Natasha has a wealth of experience in building business across multi-national and multi-cultural environments from Canada, the Middle East, and Europe.
