Magic Bus believes that all programmes
for children have a responsibility
for ensuring the child’s safety.

Magic Bus has designed a Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy (CPSP) that is followed in all our interactions with children in our programme. The policy is reviewed and if required, rewritten every three years. The last policy review was in 2016-17 and was conducted in a participatory internal audit with staff, volunteers, and children, to assess gaps in process and execution. Based on the findings of the audit, an expert was engaged to rewrite the policy and develop standard training modules for its rollout.
