About the Programme
The Magic Bus Connect With Work programme is a rapid college-based programme in core 21st century employability skills for graduate youth from underserved households. After undergoing basic skilling, we link programme participants to grey collar, entry level job opportunities and provide them with post-placement support to ensure job continuity. The programme is conducted in tier II and III colleges.
