"When we met Magic Bus, they had a robust programme in the Childhood to Livelihood space which was aligned with our interests. Magic Bus operates at a large scale - impacting 3,75,000 children across 22 states with 17,000 volunteers, and there were significant opportunities in data management, data analytics, and performance management. KF felt that it having an end to end BI/Analytics platform will help Magic Bus manage its pan India operations and enable them to do detailed performance management at country, state, district and school level. KF assisted Magic Bus with the technology selection and development of the BI/Analytics platform on Microsoft Power BI. KF was involved in finalization of KPIs, dashboards and supported the pan India roll-out. In addition, the Magic Bus BI/Analytics platform also supports donor reporting and analytics. We look forward to our continued partnership with Magic Bus and supporting the team on other business process optimisation and technology initiatives."

The uniqueness of the Get Into programme lies in our goal to provide jobs to young people in need. The Get Into programme is beneficial for all stakeholders involved - we approach employers who have job opportunities and then, co-design the training for young people to be prepared for those jobs. Our training is a mix of technical skills, employability skills and life skills - together these skill sets help young people get into jobs.
