The uniqueness of the Get Into programme lies in our goal to provide jobs to young people in need. The Get Into programme is beneficial for all stakeholders involved - we approach employers who have job opportunities and then, co-design the training for young people to be prepared for those jobs. Our training is a mix of technical skills, employability skills and life skills - together these skill sets help young people get into jobs.
