To support youth, Bank of America partnered with Magic Bus in FY 21-22 to roll out the 'Connect With Work Programme' for young first time job seekers belonging to underserved communities from Chennai and Hyderabad. 13,600 youth were empowered and placed in jobs

Bharat Bijlee Limited is supporting an adolescent education programme for 3,200 students in grades 6 to 8. These adolescents from underprivileged communities are being taught life skills in schools and Community Learning Centers in and around Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Etihad Airways, the national carrier of the United Arab Emirates, supports the implementation of Magic Bus’ programmes across India, helping teach children and their communities, on the importance of education, healthy living, and gender equality.

EXL chose Magic bus as a partner to build and implement a flagship initiative 'Education at Scale'. The initiative, which was launched in 2020, has been designed for students in grade 7-10 to learn the necessary skills that will position them as leaders in a digital world. The initiative has a sharp focus on life and employability skills, language capability, numerical ability, scientific acumen and innovation. HDFC Bank is partnering with Magic Bus to support Disha, a 3 year integrated and collaborative education project covering 20000 adolescents in 188 Government schools across 158 villages of 22 districts in the states of Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra with the goal of enabling first generation adolescents from economically disadvantaged backgrounds and belonging to remote villages of India to complete formal education.. The project is a collaboration with the State Governments and our education partners to jointly address the twin domains of academic and holistic learning along with creating an enabling environment.

The project is building resilience, aspiration and improving the perceived self-efficacy of adolescents through an activity-based life skills programme across 188 Government schools. In the classroom, we focus on enhancing the learning outcomes in basic literacy and numeracy through improved teaching effectiveness. Experiential learning has been introduced through an innovative science Lab which helps develop critical thinking skills, scientific attitude, and improved science learning. The project also aims to bridge the gap between what we learn in school and what the world of work demands by equipping these young learners with ILO recommended employability skills. A key focus area for the project is on improving parental support and participation in school education through activating and strengthening of School Management Committees (SMCs).

The Hero MotoCorp funded Hamari Pari progamme was initiated to raise awareness of gender equality, the Right to Education (RTE) Act, nutrition and health, and to promote physical activity among children. Magic Bus’ innovative and effective approach and activity-based curriculum coupled with the reach of Hero MotoCorp Ltd. has led to the strengthening of the partnership considerably over the last two years. Between 2017 and 2018, the programme was further scaled up and is now reaching out to 5500 children and 1500 youth across the East and the North districts of Delhi.

Hexaware has joined hands with Magic Bus in 2019 to support skilling of 550 youth in Mumbai, Chennai and Lonavala.

Hinduja Global Solutions is in partnership with Magic Bus to support 1800 young people in Mysore, Siliguri, and Guntur and 5000 children under its holistic development programme at Siliguri and Guntur.

JP Morgan Chase & Co. is supporting Magic Bus Livelihoods programme that will enable 800 young people from marginalised communities of four cities of Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Hyderabad, acquire the skills that will get them jobs with better career paths. The programme's goal is envisaged to create an ecosystem of empowerment by skilling young people to promote employment to ensure sustainable livelihoods. The technical skills, as well as soft skills imparted to the young people by NIIT Foundation, will enable them to pitch in for jobs in IT/ITES companies.

JSW Foundation is supporting ASPIRE adolescent education programme for 17,050 adolescents studying in 06th to 8th standard across 157 schools and 97 CLCs from underprivileged community in Kalmeshwar, Vasind, Dolvi, Palghar and Salav in Maharashtra, Vijaynagar in Karnataka, Salem in Tamil Nadu and Keonjhar in Odisha.

Magic Bus Sports for Excellence Programme is being implemented in Palghar District of Maharashtra in partnership with Larsen & Toubro Public Charitable Trust (LTPCT). Using a mentorship model and a Sport-based curriculum as innovative tool, the organisation engages at several levels- with children, young people, parents, community and the entire ecosystem at large - to ensure change that is sustained and owned. L&T is supporting Magic Bus since 2016 and this programme is supporting around 450 children in Talasari Block of Palghar District in Maharashtra.

Legrand joined hands with Magic Bus in its fight against Covid 19. Aligning with Legrand’s Migrant Support Mission we organized distribution of dry ration kits for 774 families and created awareness in the communities in Chennai and Bhiwandi.

Macquarie India supports Magic Bus’ Adolescent to Livelihood programme in Bhiwandi district of Maharashtra. The objective of the programme is to develop and enhance life skills, work-readiness, and employability skills of young people. Currently, in its third year, the programme aims to impact the lives of 2,650 adolescent and young people living in poverty.

Marchesa supports the implementation of Magic Bus’ holistic development programme for 2,400 children in Mankhurd, Mumbai. The programme aims at promoting education, gender equity and good health practices among children and the community.

Magic Bus with the support of Mettler Toledo is conducting an Adolescent Programme in Mumbai to engage and empower 2000 adolescents with Life Skills. Together we will enable adolescents from underserved households to complete their formal education. By equipping them with life skills, we can enable them to transition to the world of sustainable work seamlessly.

The Magic Bus Sports for Girls – GOODLUCKGIRLS program launched in collaboration with Mondelez-Cadbury Dairy Milk to target adolescent girls from underprivileged households and nurture their talent in sports primarily like Football, Kabaddi, Cricket, Volley ball etc. The programme has aimed to encourage and nurture sporting talent amongst the adolescent girls between 11 to 18 years.
The first phase of the program was launched in Dec 2021 targeted 15000 adolescent girls from Baddi (HP), Chandrapur (MH), Chennai (TN) and Kolkata (WB). After the success of the phase-1 program, second phase launched in Sep 2022 in same locations with the increased target outreach of 40000 adolescent girls.

In India, Magic Bus' partnership with Mondelez International started in the year 2014 under their community initiative Shubh Aarambh. The initiative is to address the development needs of children by promoting healthy and active lives. Magic Bus also partnered with Mondelez India Foods Private Limited on a youth skill development and livelihood project in Induri, Maharashtra and a holistic development project in Isnapur & Sricity. Magic Bus partnered with Cocoa Life as well for adolescent/children programme in Adimalli and West Godavari. Magic Bus partnered for Adolescent programmes in Mumbai and SCALE programme with Sports for Excellence in Chandrapur.

The partnership between Mphasis and Magic Bus began in 2021. Through this collaboration, 780 youths are currently receiving training. This includes 165 youths in the AWS programme in Chennai and 630 youths in the all-girls youth skilling programme across Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, and Vijayawada.

Nestlé India is partnering with Magic Bus in line with the Nestlé Healthy Kids Global Programme. The project reaches out to 2.06 lakh students, aged 10-17 years through government schools and communities across 19 states in India. The project intends to enhance the quality of life by creating awareness regarding nutrition, health and active living. The WPP India Corporate Social Responsibility Foundation (WPP India Foundation) is supporting Magic Bus, Hope For Children, and the Genesis Foundation, to help approximately 20,000 children and young people in Mumbai and Delhi achieve their full potential through holistic child development with a focus on education, livelihood, and health. The Hope Foundation focuses on improving the teaching-learning environment in schools through the use of innovative technology, while any child identified as suffering from critical health condition will be referred to the Genesis Foundation for medical support.
