Farzana, like many others, faced unique challenges in her life before finding the support she needed. Coming from a semi-urban family, she was one of three members, including her husband and two children. Unfortunately, her husband was unemployed and not very responsible, leaving Farzana to bear the brunt of managing the household.

Married at a young age due to her family's lack of education, Farzana's life was marked by daily struggles. With no stable income, even securing good food for her family was difficult. The situation at home was tense, with her husband occasionally becoming violent. Farzana felt trapped and hopeless, with no one to turn to during her darkest days.

However, a turning point came when her cousin introduced her to the Magic Bus India Foundation Livelihood Program. Farzana learned about the placement opportunities that come after completing the two-month training program, and for the first time in a long while, she saw a glimmer of hope. The very next day, she enrolled in the Magic Bus livelihood programme, determined to change her life.

Balancing her household chores, caring for her children and attending training sessions was no easy feat. Farzana also struggled with communication skills and lacked the confidence to demonstrate her knowledge effectively. But after just 20 days of classes, she began to find her footing. Her confidence grew, and she became adept at managing her time, while also improving her communication skills along with personal and social responsibility.

After successfully completing her training, Farzana was given the opportunity to interview with Pizza Hut. To her delight, she was selected in the very first round and began working as a Team Member.

Receiving her first salary was a moment of immense joy for Farzana. Her life had taken a turn for the better, with her husband now more supportive of her and helping with household chores. Farzana's dream of a better life had become a reality, and she attributes this transformation to the Magic Bus and the dedicated team who helped her develop the skills and confidence she needed to succeed.

Farzana’s story is a testament to how, despite facing different problems and challenges, individuals can flourish when given the right support and opportunities.
